It looks like Baddha Konasana (Cobbler's or Tailor's pose) to me.
Oh for the flexibility of babies!
I guess it would be Cobbler's. My baby neice is so flexible as well. When she's playing, she bends all over the place and think she might break, but she doesn't even look uncomfortable. She's not even one year old yet.
